Summer in Banff

posted on: Friday, September 27, 2013

My family usually takes a weekend trip to Radium, BC each summer but this year everyone had a busy schedule and we couldn't make the trip work. Instead of opting completely out of a weekend in the mountains we decided to do a day trip in Banff. We walked a fairly easy trail called the Sundance Canyon which is about a three hour round trip, had lunch, then hit up the hot spirngs before we headed home. Here are a couple snaps I took of the scenery from our walk.

  2. The furthest west I've ever been in Canada is Regina, but I have dreams of seeing the many beautiful spots in Alberta someday. Lovely photos!

  3. I'm loving your photos! Since I've had a DSLR for a short while, I'm loving these photos even more than I normally would.

Glad you still made it out, at least for a nice day trip.
