Face of the Day #1

I thought I would try out one of these Face of the Day/Daily Makeup posts. So here it goes. I've been keeping my makeup very light lately, although glancing down at the pile of products that I used on this occasion, it doesn't look too light. haha. Anyway, I started with a primer then used the Joe Fresh Sheer Tint as a base, which I've only used a few times, but I like it so far. For the eyes I've been keeping it simple with light and neutral eye shadows and just a bit of mascara on my top lashes. For this look I used MAC Paint Pot in Painterly as a base then Joe Fresh Rose Gold all over the lid, MAC wedge in the crease, and MAC Shroom to highlight under the brow. If I'm going to lighter shades on the eyes I usually go for brighter lips, and right now I love my Joe Fresh matte lipstick in Raspberry. I'm also really liking the Korres brand lately because they use a lot of natural ingredients in their products. I just bought the Volcanic Mineral Mascara and I've been sampling their Quercetin & Oak Concealer and Cheek Butter. So far I'm liking all three.
