This floral print kimono is the perfect spring and summer piece. For this outfit I kept it simple and wore it with a pair of black skinny jeans, a grey t-shirt, and some ankle boots. The weather was a bit cooler then I expected, so I ended up wrapping the kimono up, but it also looked so cute open and flowing. I can't wait to wear this kimono with a pair of distressed jean shorts in the summer, or at the beach as a cover up. It's also going to be the perfect piece for festival season!

What are your favourite pieces for spring and summer?

NARS | Radiant Creamy Concealer

Here is another product that I have taken way to long to post about. I bought the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer during the Sephora VIB sale back in November (check out my post here), so this post has been a long time coming. I picked up the shade Vanilla, and I think this is a pretty good shade for me. Initially when I used this concealer I didn't like it at all. It took me a few times using it before I figured out what the problem was. My skin was getting drier then usual going into the winter months and I had run out of my eye cream, so the NARS concealer was just not blending well and was creasing like crazy. As soon as I picked up a new eye cream everything changed and I have fallen head over heals for this concealer. My winter base routine has been to first apply Hydraluron, then apply my day cream and eye cream and let those sink into the skin. I then apply my NARS concealer to my under eye area to brighten and hide any dark circles, then go in with my foundation last. I usually apply my concealer first before my foundation, although I will occasionally switch it up and apply it after. I go with the method of applying my concealer first because I had the Bobbi Brown Teenage Beauty book when I was growing up and this is the way Bobbi Brown applies concealer.

Have you tried the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer? What are your concealer recommendations?

Juicy Bamboo Natural Facial Cleansing Cloths

I go back and forth between using cleansing cloths and not using them, but since trying out the Juicy Bamboo Natural Facial Cleansing Cloths* I am hooked! These cloths smell amazing, and they make me feel like I am having a mini spa experience. They smell very sweet, like honey and oranges, which makes sense because they are soaked in liquified honey and citrus essential oils. They also contain vitamins B12, C and E. What I really love about these facial cleansing cloths is that they are 100% biodegradable (made from 100% bamboo), contain no alcohol, no synthetic fragrance, and are paraben and sulfate free. I also really love that these cloths do not irritate my sensitive skin. My skin feel refreshed, clean, and calm after using these cleansing cloths.

The Juicy Bamboo facial cleansing cloths are a 3 in 1 product and work as a facial cleanser, toner, and eye makeup remover. Something that these facial cloths are said to be perfect for is use at the gym or after yoga classes. I am dying to get to a hot yoga class and test this out because I can just imagine how soothing and calming they would be following a yoga class.

The Juicy Bamboo Natural Facial Cleansing Cloths are available at Holt Renfrew and online at kaianatural.com

Do you use facial cleansing cloths? Which ones are your favourites?

Rimmel | Three Lip Liners

I've started quite the collection of lipliners lately. I have a few from Revlon and NYX (which I'm also loving), but I've been mostly gravitating towards my Rimmel lipliners. I've wrote about the Rimmel lipliner in Eastend Snob before (read more about it here) and it's definitely my favourite, but I'm also really loving the Moisture Renew Universal Transparent lipliner, and the Exaggerate liner in Rapture.  What I love most about these liners is that they are retractable, so you don't have to worry about sharpening. They are just so easy to throw in your purse and go. The universal transparent liner is also great for when you want to maintain the true colour of your lipstick. The way I usually apply lipliner is to first line my lips, then use the lipliner to also fill them in. I then apply the lipstick overtop the lipliner. I find this technique to give my lipsticks a little less slip, and a lot more lasting power. It's also a great way to change up the look of a sheer lipstick or a lipgloss and let it stand out a bit more.

Do you use a lipliner? What's your favourite?

Chanel | Rouge Coco Shine in Boy

I have had the Chanel Rouge Coco Shine lipstick in Boy since September, and I can't believe it has taken me this long to post about it! It's the perfect everyday lipstick. The Rouge Coco Shine line is meant to be a hydrating and moisturizing lip colour. It applies light and sheer, with just the right amount of colour. It's also one of those lipsticks where you don't need a mirror to apply it. It also gives you that, "my lips but better" look.

I also thought it would be fitting to share this post now because I also have a guest post up on my friend Cee's blog, Coco and Vera, where I am sharing some of my favourite french beauty products. You can check out my post here.

What is your favourite everyday lipstick?
